• Check-in time : 1500 hours (Bintan Time)
• Check-out time : 1200 hours (Bintan Time)
• Credit card payments are made in Rupiah under Indonesian banking requirements. Your credit card will however show the amount in your home currency at the exchange rate used by your card issuing bank.
• Rates are subject to 10% service charge and the prevailing government tax at 11%.
• Super Peak Surcharge apply at SGD100++ on the following dates: 24,25,31 Dec '10 & 1 Jan' 11.
• Rates quoted are based on single or double occupancy and in Singapore Dollars.
• Reservations will be held till 1600 hrs of the day of arrival, unless otherwise advised.
• One night charge applicable for cancellation less than 72 hours' notice or no-show.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
